In the case a proof of purchase is not/ cannot be provided please lodge a service call.
“Proof of Purchase” means a tax invoice or receipt evidencing purchase of the Product. In the case of new constructions, a Certificate of Occupancy or a Certificate of Compliance that details the date of installation or commissioning of the Product will suffice.
Please understand that any issue that is not a fault of manufacture will not be covered under warranty. For example, leaking refrigerant connections, or kinked pipes are not a fault of manufacture and will be considered an installation issue for which the manufacturer has no control or responsibility.
I have read the above and I agree to pay in full the call out and service fees in relation to the inspection of the air conditioner, should it not be warranty.
